inner—stellar is here to help you find your way to your most authentic, highest self. these terms explain the basics of how we work together — what you can expect from us, what we ask of you, and what this app is (and isn't). we wrote them in plain language because we want you to actually understand them.
By creating an account or using inner—stellar, you agree to these terms.
inner—stellar is a self-reflection tool. It uses your astrology chart, your Human Design profile, and AI to help you explore patterns, ask better questions, and connect with yourself more deeply.
It is not:
Astrology and Human Design are interpretive frameworks for self-exploration, not sciences. Stella (our AI guide) generates personalized reflections based on those frameworks, but those reflections are conversation starters — not prescriptions. Trust yourself first. Consult a licensed professional for anything serious.
If you're in crisis — if you're experiencing thoughts of suicide or a mental health emergency, please reach out to a professional. In the US, call or text 988 (Suicide and Crisis Lifeline). Outside the US, find your local crisis line at findahelpline.com. inner—stellar is not equipped to help in a crisis and should not be used as your only resource.
You agree not to:
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
You own what you write. The messages you send Stella, the insights you save, and the creations you generate are yours. You keep ownership of them.
You grant us a limited license to process that content within the app — meaning we use it to provide your guidance, store it on your behalf, and improve the service (without identifying you personally to third parties).
We own the rest. The inner—stellar brand, the app design, the system prompts that power Stella, the underlying code, the curated transit data, and the methodology — all of that is our intellectual property. You don't get rights to it just because you used the app.
inner—stellar uses several third-party services to function — astrology calculation, AI inference, email delivery, geocoding, analytics. These are listed in detail in our privacy policy. By using the app, you agree to those services processing your data as described there.
inner—stellar is provided "as is." We do our best to keep the app accurate, reliable, and available, but we make no guarantees about:
Your use of inner—stellar is at your own discretion. We are not liable for decisions you make based on insights from the app, and we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use. To the maximum extent allowed by law, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the prior twelve months (or $50, whichever is greater).
We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms. You may close your account at any time. When an account closes, your data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
inner—stellar will evolve. We may add features, change features, or sunset features. We may update these terms when meaningful things change — when we do, we'll update this page and tell you in the app. Continued use of the app after that means you accept the updated terms.
If we have a disagreement, let's try to talk it out first — email us at hello@innerstellar.app and we'll try to work it out within 30 days.
If that doesn't work, you and we agree that any dispute will be resolved through binding arbitration in New York, New York, under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You and we waive the right to a jury trial and to participate in a class action, except where prohibited by law. You may bring an individual claim in small-claims court.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
